WorkshopLive uses high quality Flash or QuickTime video, as well as advanced graphics to provide the best online learning experience available.

PC’s: Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed, Windows 2000 SP 4

PC Browsers: We support most browsers including Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5/2.0

Processor: Pentium 4 with 1 ghz processor or higher and 512 mg of Ram are recommended.
(If you have an older computer, we suggest that you try our sample lessons to test your system’s compatibility. The QuickTime format is better for slower connection speeds or older computers.)


Mac’s: We recommend OSX version 10.3.8 or higher. WorkshopLive supports Intel Macs running Safari or Firefox natively.

Mac Browsers: Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer for Mac


Internet Connection: You must have a high speed DSL, cable or T1 connection to be able to run our lessons. We recommend a high speed connection of 512 kbps for the streaming flash format.
